By placing an order through this website, you confirm that you have read, understood and agreed to these Terms of Purchase. If you do not agree with any part of them, please do not place an order.

Product Information

Descriptions And Colors

We take care to describe and photograph our products accurately. However, the color you see depends on your screen settings and display calibration, and we cannot guarantee that your device will render a color exactly as it appears in person.

Fit And Sizing

Size charts and fit guidance are provided as a reference based on our patterns and real customer feedback. Individual fit preferences vary. Our return and exchange process exists precisely so that ordering the wrong size costs you nothing.

Fabric And Care

Fabric composition, weight and construction are stated on each product page. Care instructions are provided to help your garment last. We are not responsible for damage resulting from care that contradicts those instructions.

Availability And Substitutions

All products are subject to availability. If an item becomes unavailable after you have ordered it, we will notify you and offer a replacement of equal or greater value, a store credit, or a full refund — your choice. We will never substitute an item without your agreement.

Pricing And Payment

Prices And Currency

All prices are displayed in USD. Prices are subject to change without notice, but changes will never affect an order that has already been accepted and confirmed.

Taxes And Duties

Applicable sales tax is calculated at checkout where required. All customs duties and import taxes on international orders are covered by us, as set out in our Shipping Policy.

Promotions And Discounts

• Promotional offers are valid only for the period stated and cannot be applied retroactively.
• Discount codes cannot be combined unless explicitly stated.
• Promotions may be modified or withdrawn at any time, but not in a way that affects an already-confirmed order.
• We reserve the right to cancel any order where a pricing or promotional error is clear, unmistakable and attributable to a technical fault. In that case we will contact you and, if payment has been taken, refund it in full.

By submitting payment details, you authorize us and our payment processors to charge the total amount of your order. If payment cannot be authorized, your order will not be processed and we will notify you.

Order Acceptance And Contract Formation

When The Contract Forms

Your order is an offer to buy. A binding contract is formed only when we send you a dispatch confirmation. Until that point, we may decline an order — for example, where an item is out of stock, a pricing error has occurred, or a fraud check fails. If we decline your order after payment has been taken, you will receive a full refund.

An order confirmation email acknowledges that we have received your order. It does not constitute acceptance.

Shipping And Delivery

Shipping, delivery estimates, customs handling and tracking are governed by our Shipping Policy, which forms part of these terms. Title and risk pass to you upon delivery of the goods to the address you provided.

Business Purchases

Gift Cards And Store Credit

Gift cards and store credit:

• Are issued in USD and do not expire
• Cannot be redeemed for cash except where required by law
• Cannot be used to purchase additional gift cards
• Are the responsibility of the holder; we are not liable for lost, stolen or unauthorized use

All content on this website — including product names, designs, text, photography, graphics and logos — is owned by us or licensed to us, and is protected by intellectual property laws. You may view, download and print content for personal, non-commercial use only. Any other use requires our written permission.

Limitation Of Liability
