Accessibility Statement

Our Commitment

We believe everyone should be able to shop comfortably, regardless of ability. We are committed to ensuring digital accessibility for people of all abilities, and we treat accessibility as an ongoing responsibility rather than a one-time project.

Standards We Follow

We strive to conform to the Web Content Accessibility Guidelines (WCAG) 2.1 Level AA. These internationally recognized guidelines explain how to make web content more accessible for people with disabilities, including those using screen readers, keyboard navigation, magnification and voice control.

Our goal is that every customer can independently browse products, place an order, and get support.

Ongoing Efforts

Accessibility requires continuous attention. Our current efforts include:

  • Regular internal accessibility audits and automated testing

  • Accessibility criteria built into our design and development process
  • Training for our design, engineering and content teams
  • Working with accessibility specialists and, where possible, testers with diverse abilities

Known Limitations

We are honest about the fact that some areas may not yet be perfect. If you encounter a barrier — a video without captions, a form field that a screen reader does not announce, a page that behaves oddly at high zoom — please tell us. We will prioritize fixing it and, in the meantime, help you complete what you came to do by another route.

Alternative Ways To Shop

If any part of the site is difficult for you to use, contact us and we will assist you directly with product selection, sizing, ordering or returns. You should never be unable to shop with us because of an accessibility limitation.

Third-Party Content

Some functionality on our site is provided by third parties, such as payment processors, chat tools and embedded media. While we choose partners who share our commitment to accessibility, we cannot guarantee the accessibility of all external content. Please let us know if you encounter a problem so we can raise it with the provider.

Technical Requirements

Our site is designed to work with current versions of major browsers, including Chrome, Firefox, Safari and Edge, on desktop and mobile. For the best experience, we recommend keeping your browser and any assistive software up to date.

Feedback

We genuinely welcome your feedback on the accessibility of this website. If you encounter any barrier, or have a suggestion that would improve your experience, please reach out through our Contact page with a brief description of the issue and the page where it occurred.

We aim to acknowledge accessibility feedback quickly, and we will do our best to resolve the issue or provide an accessible alternative in the meantime.
